Plantain chips

Dad made me vazhakai chips last week. Lightly salted, deep fried goodness. They were seriously delicious. I was so hungry when I came back from work and it was the best snack as soon as I walked in. They are so thinly sliced. It takes a lot of effort and patience to do that. Dad- you are a good cook too!

Don't want him to get jealous because I posted stuff about Mom. heehee.
