Bottom of the yogurt container raita

I saw a segment on Rachel Ray about bottom of the jar recipes. She had one for the peanut butter jar and a peanut dipping sauce, a barbeque sauce one and one with salsa. I thought of a bottom of the yogurt container recipe! You can make whatever kind of raita or pachidi you like. Tomato, cucumber, okra...whatever. I choose boondi last night. I thinned it out with some water and milk. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, garam masala, chili powder, green chilies and corriander. Then close it and shake it up! As Rachel would say, yum-o.
